System requirements

The document is guide for Administrators of the ARTA SYNERGY platform (hereinafter referred to as the System) designed for groupwork on enterprises and target-oriented management. It describes processes connected to execution of the System administration tasks.

Purpose of document

The document contains detailed description of actions for the personnel, who deals with the System maintenance, aimed at maintaining the System.

All data on emergencies occurred, works performed to mitigate such, and the fact of emergency resolution must be logged in main log.
