В модуле «Проекты» предусмотрена возможность формирования нескольких видов отчётов. Для того, чтобы сформировать любой из отчетов, необходимо в контекстном меню проекта (либо его ветки) выбрать соответствующий пункт:
Excel export
XML export
Print version (table);
Print version (diagram);
Total project work report.
In forming of theses reports, xls and xml files are downloaded to local computer, correspondingly. Excel report includes the following information: code, name of arrangement, progress, deadline, remaining/overdue, executor.
Some parameters of the report can be set in window, which opens during forming the type of report:
The title of the report is set as "Calendar schedule of project "PROJECTNAME"".
Slider at the top of the window changes diagram scale; the leftmost position displays diagram with the most minimal scale, and the rightmost, in the most maximal scale.
Line denoting an arrangement on the diagram, black color is the current total execution progress.
The bottom part of the window shows check box "Add signature" to select a person whose signature will be shown in the report. In order to do this, check the check box, click a button with ellipsis and add the required employee. The final report will show, apart from the full name of the selected employee, the position.
After you set all parameters, click "Print" button.
It is also referred to as project protocol. As for "Diagram", when forming the type of report you can set some parameters: number of reported comments to the project arrangements:
After you set all parameters, click "Print" button. Since the report is usually larger by height than by width, you should scroll the report down to see "Print" and "Cancel" buttons.
